Content Disclosure
Last updated: November 2026
This Content Disclosure applies to every blog post, case study, article, guide, and comparison published on shipyou.us (together, the "Content"). It exists to make one thing unambiguous before you read a single word of our blog: ShipYou ("ShipYou", "we", "us", "our") owns and operates only ShipYou Platform — our own logistics software product and brand. We do not own, operate, manufacture, sell, distribute, control, or run any of the third-party products, platforms, companies, or startups that our Content discusses, reviews, or references, unless a specific post states otherwise in writing.
1. Purpose of This Page
ShipYou publishes a blog at shipyou.us/blog featuring case studies and write-ups profiling digital products, software, and startups across many industries — payments, healthcare, construction, retail, education, logistics, and others — and how those products have addressed problems within their respective sectors. This page explains, in detail, the nature, purpose, and limits of that Content, and applies equally to every post in it, whether or not that post links back here individually.
2. Educational and Informational Purpose Only
All Content on this blog discussing third-party products, software, platforms, companies, or startups is published strictly for general educational and informational purposes. It reflects commentary, analysis, and publicly available information about how certain categories of software or digital products have approached problems within an industry. It is not technical documentation, professional advice, a product review commissioned by any company, investment research, or a recommendation to buy, use, subscribe to, invest in, or avoid any product or company named. Nothing in our Content should be relied upon as a substitute for a company's own official documentation, support channels, or disclosures.
3. We Do Not Own, Operate, or Control Any Third-Party Product Featured
To remove any possible ambiguity: ShipYou does not own any equity, intellectual property, source code, trademark, or operating interest in any third-party product, platform, company, or startup discussed in our blog, except where we have explicitly stated an ownership or operating relationship in writing. The only product, brand, and service that ShipYou owns and operates is ShipYou Platform itself — our own logistics software product. Every company name, product name, and brand name referenced anywhere in our blog content belongs entirely to its respective owner, and is used in our Content solely for identification and commentary purposes.
4. No Endorsement, Partnership, or Sponsorship
Unless a specific blog post contains an explicit, clearly labeled statement to the contrary, nothing on shipyou.us should be read as: an endorsement of any third-party product or company by ShipYou; a partnership, joint venture, licensing arrangement, or business relationship between ShipYou and any company discussed; sponsored, paid, or commissioned content on behalf of any company discussed; or an official statement, authorized communication, or representation made on behalf of any company discussed. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, certified by, or officially connected to any company, product, or brand named in our Content unless we say so explicitly in that specific article.
5. Trademarks and Brand Ownership
All product names, company names, logos, trademarks, service marks, and brand names appearing in our Content are the property of their respective owners. Their use on shipyou.us is purely descriptive and referential — to accurately identify the subject of an article — and does not imply any association, sponsorship, or endorsement between ShipYou and the trademark owner. If you are a trademark or brand owner and have a concern about how your mark is referenced in our Content, please contact us using the details at the bottom of this page, and we will review the matter promptly.
6. Accuracy of Third-Party Information
We make a reasonable effort to ensure factual claims in our Content about third-party products are accurate as of the date of publication, based on publicly available information. However, third-party products, pricing, features, ownership, and business models change over time, and we cannot guarantee that every detail in older Content remains current. We do not independently verify every claim made by the companies we write about, and nothing in our Content should be treated as authoritative in place of that company's own, current, official sources. If you notice outdated or inaccurate information in any article, we welcome a correction request — see Section 8 below.
7. No Compensation Disclosed Unless Stated
As a general matter, ShipYou does not currently receive payment, free products, commissions, or other compensation from the companies or products featured in our blog Content. Should this change for any specific piece of Content in the future — for example, through a sponsored post, an affiliate link, or a paid partnership — we will disclose that relationship clearly and conspicuously within that specific article, consistent with applicable advertising and consumer-protection law. Absence of such a disclosure on a given post means no such compensation exists for that post.
8. Requesting a Correction or Removal
If you represent a company discussed in our Content and believe something we've published is factually inaccurate, outdated, or should be reconsidered, please write to us at [email protected] with the article URL and a description of the concern. We review such requests in good faith and will correct genuine factual errors. We are not obligated to remove or alter fair, accurate commentary or analysis simply because a company would prefer different coverage.
9. Relationship to Our Other Legal Pages
This Content Disclosure supplements, and should be read alongside, our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Where this page and those pages overlap, all three should be read together as a consistent whole; none is intended to narrow the protections or disclaimers set out in the others.
10. Changes to This Disclosure
We may update this Content Disclosure as our blog grows or as our editorial practices evolve, including ahead of or during our United States launch. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of shipyou.us after a change constitutes your acceptance of the updated disclosure.
