ShipYou

Terms of Service

Last updated: November 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding legal agreement between you and ShipYou ("ShipYou", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at shipyou.us, including every page, blog post, article, form, and feature on it (together, the "Website"). By accessing or using the Website in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Website.

1. Who We Are

ShipYou is the company behind ShipYou Platform, a business-to-business logistics software product for businesses operating in the United States — a single application covering warehouse and inventory management, driver and fleet operations, dispatch, and customer-facing visibility. This Website is our primary marketing, informational, and editorial presence for ShipYou Platform.

For the avoidance of doubt: ShipYou does not offer, through this Website or ShipYou Platform, any consumer-facing packing, moving, or parcel-shipping service. ShipYou Platform is intended for businesses that operate their own warehouses, fleets, or logistics operations, not for individual consumers booking a move or a shipment.

2. What This Website Is — and Is Not

This Website currently provides, among other things:

This Website is not itself the ShipYou Platform software, and using this Website does not create any contract for use of the Platform. Use of the Platform itself, once launched, will be governed by its own separate terms of service agreed to at the point of sign-up.

3. Eligibility and Acceptable Use

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use this Website or submit information through it. You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and agree not to:

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to the Website, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.

4. Blog, Case Studies & Educational Content

A significant portion of this Website consists of a blog featuring articles, guides, and case studies — including write-ups on digital products, software platforms, and startups across industries such as payments, healthcare, construction, retail, fitness, and others, and how those products have addressed problems within their respective sectors. You acknowledge and agree that:

A complete, standalone explanation of these points is set out in our Content Disclosure, which forms part of these Terms by reference.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website that originates from us — including text, original graphics, page layouts, the ShipYou name, our logo, and our brand assets — is the property of ShipYou or our licensors, and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages of this Website for your own personal, non-commercial use, but you may not reproduce, modify, distribute, republish, or create derivative works from our original content without our prior written consent. This provision does not extend to third-party trademarks, logos, or content referenced within our Blog Content, which remain the property of their respective owners as set out in our Content Disclosure.

6. No Service Guarantee; Early Access List

ShipYou Platform has not yet publicly launched. Nothing on this Website constitutes a binding offer of the Platform's availability, features, timeline, or pricing. Joining our early access list does not guarantee you access to the Platform, a specific launch date, or any particular pricing once launched. We will attempt to notify early access members by email as we roll out, but we make no commitment as to timing.

7. Accuracy of Information; No Professional Advice

We aim to keep the information on this Website, including our Blog Content, accurate and up to date, but we make no representation or warranty — express or implied — that any information on this Website is complete, accurate, reliable, current, or error-free. Nothing on this Website should be treated as professional, legal, financial, medical, or investment advice. You should independently verify any information before relying on it for a decision of consequence, and you should consult the official source, documentation, or a qualified professional where appropriate.

8. Third-Party Links

Our Blog Content and other pages may contain links to third-party websites, including the official websites of companies and products we discuss. These links are provided for your convenience and reference only. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the content, accuracy, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party website. Including a link does not imply our endorsement of that website or its operator. You access third-party websites entirely at your own risk and subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THIS WEBSITE AND ALL CONTENT, INFORMATION, AND MATERIALS ON IT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE WEBSITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR FREE OF ERRORS, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SHIPYOU AND ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THIS WEBSITE OR ANY CONTENT ON IT — INCLUDING ANY RELIANCE YOU PLACE ON OUR BLOG CONTENT REGARDING A THIRD-PARTY PRODUCT OR COMPANY — EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE WEBSITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ShipYou, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: your breach of these Terms; your misuse of the Website; your violation of any applicable law; or your violation of the rights of any third party, including any intellectual property or privacy right.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

ShipYou is incorporated in India. These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or this Website, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India. Once ShipYou Platform publicly launches in the United States, separate, jurisdiction-specific terms may apply to use of the Platform itself; this Website, however, remains governed by the law stated in this section unless expressly stated otherwise.

13. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating any formal legal proceeding relating to these Terms, you agree to first contact us at [email protected] and make a reasonable, good-faith attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue the matter through the courts identified in Section 12.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.

15. No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be considered a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by an authorized representative of ShipYou.

16. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms, or any rights or obligations under them, without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, without restriction, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Content Disclosure, constitute the entire agreement between you and ShipYou regarding your use of this Website, and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to that subject matter.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time as ShipYou grows, as our Blog Content expands, and as we prepare for and complete our United States launch. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Website after any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
